Dinner Menu
The Machina Kitchen & ArtBar features farm to table small plates in a progressive New American style sourcing ingredients from ethical food systems and building community. Our menu changes seasonally based on what is fresh and available from local farms and producers. This menu (April – June) was created by Chef Jordan Scott. With a career built on creating and learning – Chef Scott spends countless hours learning about other cultures, and techniques as well as how modern and traditional chefs execute the dishes. Japanese food is focused on seasonality and being a representation of a specific time and place. While making the dishes on the Vietnamese menu Chef Scott tried to stay as authentic to the original recipes and culture as possible but with the Japanese menu, he feels like the best way for us to honor their food is to work with seasonal ingredients produced locally but prepared using Japanese techniques. This menu will rotate every two weeks to reflect this and will feature as many local and seasonal ingredients as possible. Now open for dinner & drinks 5pm-10pm! Join our Chef, Jordan Scott once a week in creating a 5-9 piece surprise menu! Each week will be different and you will have the chance to give us feedback on items you love and items you don't. Maybe you will get to eat some of your favorites on future menus! This menu is made so that if two people orders and shares the whole menu that is equal to a full meal for both. We always will have a few Machina Favorites available on these nights as well. See you there! |

Chef Jordan Scott
Chef Patron / Machina Partner Jordan Scott is a classically trained chef with a passion for globally inspired seasonal food made with local ingredients. Jordan has described his wine dinners as a study in simplicity. He finds great joy in creating simple, elegant dishes built on a foundation of technique and with care given to each ingredient. His dishes delight the most sophisticated palate, balancing rustic charm with an innovative and artistic twist. Jordan has a great deal of respect for the traditional French style of cooking and uses that as a foundation from which to explore modern and progressive methods and flavors. Jordan cares deeply for our local community and has been a passionate advocate for local foods and has worked tirelessly to build long-term relationships between our restaurant community and our local farms.
