Out of their applicants they aim to choose the most influential, trend-setting companies across the country as well as provide tools for businesses to continue to improve such as data, benchmarked practices, webinars, networking and more. This year the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation released the results of the spring, summer, fall, and winter applications. The fall Best and Brightest National winners honored 151 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,100 nominations. Machina Kitchen & ArtBar and Mascoma Bank were both awarded in the fall winners. Machina Kitchen & ArtBar is a socially responsible business that is working towards becoming a certified B Corp.
