Machina Arts specializes in creative art-based event planning and design. If you are throwing a professional event or a fundraiser and you want it to be amazing we can help. We will work with you to plan, design and manage a themed event to impress your guests.

I have had the pleasure of working with Machina Arts on two major events, CONNECT 2016: Heart of the Start and the 2017 Trendsetters Awards. Both were remarkable successes with CONNECT attracting more than 400 attendees and Trendsetters bringing in more than 200.

What is wonderful about Machina Arts is their creativity with and vision for each event; their organizational skills to make their concepts come to life; and their ability to work within a budget and timeframe.

We look forward to working them again on our upcoming Choice Awards, for which they have already developed a theme; I’m convinced this event will be as memorable as the last two.

Machina Arts has a mobile bar, professional bartenders, an off-site catering liquor license, and liability insurance. This means we can provide a full bar in any commercial space. We only provide beer, wine, or spirits that are socially responsibly and are one or more of the following: sustainable, local, organic, biodynamic, eco-friendly, or mission driven.

Catering
Machina Arts offers custom catering for all occasions! We focus on sourcing from local farms and providing you with unique, seasonal, and creative dishes.
