Prix Fixe Dinners
Machina Kitchen hosts monthly five to nine-course prix fixe dinners created by Chef Jordan Scott. Each dinner will be paired with drinks created by lead bartender Becca Paine. These dinners will be hosted every fourth Sunday of the month at 9 Court Street, Keene NH. All dinners are ticketed and with RSVP required for attendance. Please let us know in advance if you have dietary needs so our chefs can be sure to accommodate you.
Bouillabaisse with clams, mussels, shrimp, Fish, bread, and vegetables

Pommes Anna with Venison and Marrow Demi-Glacé

Frisée Salad with Lardons, and Sherry Vinaigrette
Beef Cheek Bourguignon with roasted vegetables

Dinner: 6:00pm-9:00pm (dinner can run later or earlier depending on guests)

This Dinner is in partnership with the Apple Hill Quartet, and the meal is inspired by the movie Babette‘s Feast. Babette's Fest is the story of an artist, who gives all she has to her calling.
Food can be an art, and while it may not always be so, it is something Chef Jordan Scott strives to show in these special dinners. While the food itself will not be the same food served in the movie, the inspiration is there, and will be discussed further the night of the event. While you each and drink to your hearts desire listen to music by Jessie Montgomery and Charles Koechlin between courses.
Featuring Apple Hill resident musicians Elise Kuder, violin; Mike Kelley, viola; and Rupert Thompson, cello, with guest Apple Hill alumna and summer faculty member Ealain McMullin, violin.
